
Rev. Valerie Freseman is a Unitarian Universalist minister in full fellowship, currently serving the First Universalist Church of Southold.
She graduated from Union Theological Seminary in 2014, and has served congregations in Ohio, New Jersey, and New York.
She has four units of Clinical Pastoral Education through Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center (Trinity Health New England) in Hartford, CT.
In March, 2023 she earned her certificate in spiritual direction from Cherry Hill Seminary.
Prior to entering Unitarian Universalist ministry, Rev. Valerie worked in the non-profit sector. She was a leader in the earth-centered community in New York City, serving as the co-coordinator of New York City Pagan Pride and the HPS of Strangers’ Gate Coven.
